ElitAire's team is distinguished by its vast experience and broad scope of capabilities. Based out of offices in Columbus, Ohio, and Cincinnati, Ohio, the company's engineers boast average industry tenure of over 15 years. ElitAire works with national and international customers, but its primary operations serve the central and southwest Ohio regions, including Dayton, in addition to Northern Kentucky and Eastern Indiana.

Matthew W. Beecroft, Principal
Matthew W. Beecroft Matthew Beecroft brings 16 years of HVAC industry experience to his role as principal at ElitAire's Columbus office. He leverages diverse experiences in sales and operations to guide the company's strategic objectives.

Prior to co-founding ElitAire, Beecroft served a variety of posts at Trane, including sales, sales management and operation management. During his 15-year tenure, he completed the Trane Leadership Development Program and progressed to successfully led large teams, assemble robust organizations and demonstrate a strong aptitude for resolving organizational inefficiencies.

Beecroft holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University. He is licensed by the State of Ohio as a Professional Engineer and HVAC Contractor.




Richard W. DeWitt, Principal
Richard W. DeWitt Richard DeWitt brings 18 years of HVAC industry experience to his lead role as principal at ElitAire's Cincinnati office. His proven success assembling teams of highly trained and educated individuals is behind the company's differentiating depth of expertise.

Prior to co-founding ElitAire, DeWitt's ability to grow sales, profitability and market share earned him successive promotions within Trane's national organization. During his 17-year tenure with the company, he earned a reputation as a strong leader and motivator through helping individuals realize their full potential.

DeWitt holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an M.B.A. from Xavier University.
